Sometimes you don’t have time to go see 10 houses over a weekend when you’re house shopping. I’ve been working with a client overseas and have been doing virtual house tours for them and posting them on YouTube. I started thinking that the usual video tour with an agent standing in front of a camera on a tri-pod is so old hat. What a great service to offer my clients to do virtual tours of homes so that people can really get an idea of the layout of a house!
