There is a great little neighborhood just north of Cleveland off of Ironwood behind the Francis Branch Library called Arlington Heights. It’s been one of those sleepy peaceful places in town that when built in the ’60s was perfect for young families. Lately, there has been a sort of changing of the guard. As those folks who have lived there for years are moving into smaller homes, an influx of young families, and people looking to start familes have been driven to this great neighborhood. The neighborhood is filled with trees and the lots are large, so you feel like you have some land (almost a 1/2 acre on most of them!) There is a community pool and kids can ride bikes to the Francis Branch. It’s close to ND, dowtown, the Toll Road AND Grape and Main shopping.
