Stephanie helped me in the purchase of a longstanding nuisance rental property next to my own home. The owner/landlord was an absentee, out-of-state "property investor" with poor communication skills who was very reactive and difficult to work with who wanted to handle the sale as a "private sale" without my own realtor/representation. After I met with him I realized I would need a professional realtor to act as go-between. Stephanie was willing to help, and from that point on I did not have to have any more personal dealings with the seller until the day of closing on the sale.

Stephanie was very effective as an intermediary for me. She came highly recommended from people in our Near Northwest Neighborhood of South Bend, IN. She was knowledgeable of our neighborhood properties and their values, skilled at dealing with transactions like this, and very creative with ideas that helped the seller and I come to terms we could both live with.

I am certain that without Stephanie's help I would have given up on the transaction because of the seller's offensive behaviors. She had a lot of wisdom on when to be firm with him and when to be flexible, and I am grateful for her help.

I highly recommend Stephanie to anyone who needs an accessible, friendly, hands-on realtor who is not afraid to roll up her sleeves and deal aggressively with challenging transactions.
